This Athens, Georgia project gave our team the opportunity to work across several spaces — each with its own character. The kitchen centers on rich Black Walnut cabinetry, with a custom island featuring hand-turned walnut legs that ground the space. Moving into the butler's pantry, painted cabinetry and built-ins showcase what's possible when doors are crafted entirely in house — the fit, the profile, and the finish quality all reflect that. The mudroom carries its own personality with two-tone painted cabinetry, a simple detail that adds depth and intention to a hardworking space. The master bath features a Pecky Cypress bathroom vanity while the firplace built-ins showcase a unique door design. From the warmth of natural walnut to the crispness of painted finishes, this project is a good example of the range of custom millwork Water's Edge Woods brings to Athens-area homes.
